About the Role: We are looking for a talented Project Designer to join our production team.
The ideal candidate is an Architecture graduate with a strong artistic sense and the ability to translate creative concepts into practical, buildable designs.
This role requires a balance of creativity and technical expertise to ensure that all designs are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and adapt creative concepts into detailed technical drawings and production-ready designs.
Collaborate closely with the production, creative, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Prepare layouts, shop drawings, and execution details using AutoCAD.
Support the production process by ensuring designs are aligned with materials, fabrication methods, and installation requirements.
Participate in site visits to ensure proper implementation of designs.
Revise and optimize designs based on project needs, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure consistency in design quality and alignment with brand guidelines.

Work Conditions Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Medical Insurance & Social Insurance Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
2–4 years of experience in design, preferably within events, exhibitions, or advertising production.
Strong artistic sense and good taste in design, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Good understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and production processes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
