About the job Product Marketing Manager (Hybrid) Role Overview We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will bridge the gap between product development, marketing, and sales to bring our technology products to market successfully.

This role is responsible for translating product capabilities into clear customer value, defining product positioning and messaging, developing Go-To-Market strategies, and supporting product commercialization and revenue growth.


The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with R&D, Product Teams, Marketing, and Sales to ensure our products are positioned effectively in the market and achieve strong adoption among target customers.


This role focuses on AI-powered SaaS platforms and B2B technology solutions, helping businesses improve efficiency and automation through innovative digital products.


Key Responsibilities 1. Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop clear product positioning and value propositions


  • Translate complex product capabilities into customer-focused messaging


  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas


  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market differentiation opportunities


  • Ensure consistent messaging across marketing and sales channels


2. Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature releases


  • Define product target segments, positioning, and messaging


  • Support pricing strategy and product packaging decisions


  • Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns and demand generation efforts


3. Product Launch & Commercialization
  • Plan and coordinate product launches


  • Create and manage product launch plans and timelines


  • Develop product marketing assets including:
    • Product pages


    • Sales decks


    • Product documentation


    • Product demos


    • Case studies


    • Explainer materials


4. Sales Enablement
  • Equip sales teams with sales enablement materials


  • Develop:
    • Product presentations


    • Battle cards


    • Competitive comparison guides


  • Train internal teams on product messaging and value propositions


  • Support sales teams in addressing customer objections


5. Market Research & Customer Insights
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis


  • Gather insights from customers, prospects, and sales teams

6. Product Adoption & Growth
  • Track product performance metrics including:

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with:

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or SaaS Marketing
  • Experience working with technology products or SaaS platforms
