About the Role As Product Manager - Platform , you’ll lead the charge on building and optimizing the systems that power dopay’s ecosystem.
You’ll work at the intersection of banks, card schemes, processors, and regulators—designing robust, scalable integrations and tools that support our rapid growth.
Your mission: ensure dopay’s infrastructure is resilient, compliant, and always ahead of market needs.
Key Responsibilities Drive Platform Integrations : Own the roadmap for integrations with partners like processors, card printers, banks, and others.
Enable Scale & Reliability : Build systems that handle high-volume transactions with speed, security, and compliance.
Data & Reporting Products : Develop reporting and analytics capabilities that give our corporate clients and internal teams real-time insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with other product domains, engineering, compliance, operations, and design teams to deliver complex solutions on time.
System Thinking : Map and optimize the flows between external integrations and internal systems, ensuring efficiency and reducing friction.
Regulatory Alignment : Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure our infrastructure meets evolving Central Bank and market regulations.

What We’re Looking For Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience : 3+ years in product management with a focus on platform, payments, or fintech infrastructure.
Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of APIs, payment processing, third-party integrations, and regulatory landscapes.
Systems Orientation : Proven ability to manage complex architectures and deliver scalable solutions.
Analytical & Communication Skills : Comfortable translating technical concepts into clear business value.
Team Player : Skilled at working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
Languages : Excellent command of English
