The Product Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and user-centered digital experiences that are both visually appealing and functional.
This role involves understanding user needs, designing user interfaces, and ensuring that products are easy to use and provide positive user experience, with increasing independence in project execution.
The difference you will make: Plan and conduct user research activities to understand user needs and pain points.
Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interactions.
Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces across platforms.
Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
Conduct usability testing and analyze results to iterate on designs.
Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.
g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Solid understanding of user research methodologies.
Strong knowledge of interaction design principles.
Strong visual design skills.
Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.
g., ProtoPie, InVision).
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong empathy and user advocacy.
Ability to think critically and solve design problems.
Collaboration and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for great user experiences.
Customer-centric approach to design.
Good command of English language, both verbal and written.
