The Planning Supervisor is responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing finished goods inventory to ensure product availability, on-time customer fulfillment, and optimal inventory levels. The role leads the finished goods planning team, ensures effective scheduling and production alignment, and actively manages SLOBs (Slow‑Moving, Obsolete & Blocked stocks) while driving continuous improvement across planning processes.

Where You’ll Make a Difference


  • Finished Goods Planning & Inventory Control
  • Develop and maintain finished goods plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and production schedules.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels by balancing service level targets with working capital objectives.
  • Closely monitor finished goods stock, including slow-moving, obsolete, blocked, and excess inventory (SLOBs), and drive mitigation and reduction actions.
  • Lead regular SLOB reviews and coordinate action plans with Sales, Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
  • Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance and minimize risks of expiry, obsolescence, or write-offs.
  • Scheduling & Production Alignment
  • Ensure optimum scheduling and production planning in coordination with Production Planning to meet demand efficiently.
  • Align finished goods requirements with production capacities to maximize service levels and minimize rework, delays, and inefficiencies.
  • Manage allocation and prioritization of finished goods during constrained supply situations.

What Makes You the Right Fit


  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience planning supervisory role or supply planning.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong leadership background with proven people development achievements.
  • Strong collaborator - closely working with Sales, RMs Planning, and Customer Service to reflect demand changes, promotions, and customer priorities.
  • Attention to detail -Track and analyze KPIs such as service level, inventory, forecast alignment, and SLOBs.
  • Ensure compliance with company planning procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Focused - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, inventory health, and operational performance.
