We are currently looking for a Payment Systems Application Support specialist to join our team.
This role focuses on supporting and maintaining the payment systems applications to ensure smooth and secure financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of payment processing systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support services in a highly regulated environment.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Configure routing rules, message formats (MT/MX), user roles, and system parameters.
Maintain system security, access controls, and operational configurations.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, SWIFT CSP, AML/CTF requirements.
Hands‑on experience with: SWIFT Alliance Access / Alliance Gateway / RMA.
ACH (National Switch / Local Clearing House).
CorPay. SafeWatch. TDR (Reconciliation & Dispute Resolution).
Payment Safe / Payment Guard (Fraud/Authentication).
DDA (duplicate detection).
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in payment systems application support, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of payment processing workflows, payment schemes (e.
g., SWIFT, ACH, RTGS), and settlement systems.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management practices aligned with ITIL.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with security standards and compliance in financial applications.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
