We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnerships Supervisor – One-Time Ticket Financing to support the acquisition and management of merchant partnerships across key large-ticket sectors such as home furnishing, education, automotive, healthcare, and lifestyle services. This role focuses on driving portfolio growth, increasing sales volumes, and expanding the merchant network through effective partnership development and execution.

What you will do


  • Drive merchant acquisition and sales for one-time ticket financing products across assigned sectors


  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified merchants and sales opportunities


  • Support the achievement of monthly booking and sales targets through active follow-ups and deal closure


  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, booking, and activation of merchants


  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline health, taking proactive actions to improve conversion and productivity


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to support retention and ongoing revenue generation


  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned categories and contribute to portfolio expansion



To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field


  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, merchant acquisition, account management, or business development


  • Experience in fintech, banking, consumer finance, or payments is preferred


  • Exposure to sectors such as home furnishing, education, automotive, healthcare, or lifestyle services is a plus


  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve performance
