This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

They operate across multiple growth channels, including events, partnerships, and direct outreach, and are now focused on building a predictable, high-performing outbound engine to support their next stage of growth.

Role Overview

The Outbound Growth Lead will be responsible for building and owning the company’s outbound engine from the ground up, with a strong focus on generating qualified pipeline. This is a highly autonomous, pipeline-first role where success is measured by outcomes, including meetings booked, conversion rates, and scalable outbound performance.


Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Pipeline Generation


  • Build and own the outbound motion end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and optimization


  • Identify target personas and segments across multiple verticals


  • Execute multi-channel outbound efforts, including email, LinkedIn, events, and list reactivation


  • Generate qualified pipeline and book meetings for the founder/closer


Systems & Workflow Development


  • Build and manage outbound infrastructure using tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn, and enrichment platforms


  • Implement automation and AI into workflows to increase efficiency and scalability


  • Continuously refine targeting, sequencing, and messaging systems


Messaging & Qualification


  • Write high-converting outbound copy that drives replies and engagement


  • Conduct early-stage qualification calls to assess fit and gather insights


  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to the founder for closing


Performance & Optimization


  • Own outbound performance metrics, including meetings booked, reply rates, and conversion rates


  • Run ongoing testing across channels, messaging, and target audiences


  • Identify top-performing channels and scale what works


Qualifications

Experience


  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch


  • Strong understanding of multi-channel outbound strategies


  • Experience working independently with minimal direction


  • Experience in B2B services, consulting, or partnerships (preferred)


  • Experience working across multiple personas and verticals (preferred)


Skills


  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on conversion


  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build and document systems


  • Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership of results


  • Strong analytical mindset for testing, measuring, and optimizing performance


  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, and similar platforms


  • Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance outbound workflows and automation


  • Strong judgment in prioritizing high-impact activities that drive pipeline
