  • Work experience as Oracle DBA, maintaining and troubleshooting large databases, during the off hours and over the weekends
  • Responsible for all database-related deliveries and client communications on the requirement and proposed/delivered solutions.
  • Experience in DR setup and RAC Implementation and Production support.
  • Good in installation and configuration of Oracle 10g,11g/12c & 19c (single instance & RAC with ASM).
  • Creating and management of table spaces, user accounts, roles, and privileges, space allocation, database links etc.
  • Proficient in using Oracle utilities i.e. export/import, Data Pump, ASMCMD.
  • Proficient in installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of Standby databases with Data guard Broker for Disaster recovery.
  • Keeping the databases up to date with respect to the latest PSU’s, Bundle patches, RU’s and very comfortable in applying patches and upgrades between different versions.
  • Planning and implementing the Backup strategy using RMAN, User managed backup and Logical Backups.
  • Performed refreshes from PROD to UAT, TEST & DEV environments.
  • Converted physical standby database to snapshot standby database & vice versa.
  • Having experience in Flashback Technology’s and its features.
  • Knowledge on AZCOPY used for moving data/backups from on-prem server to BLOB container of azure.
  • Involved in converting Standalone databases to RAC Databases (Non-RAC to RAC).
  • Knowledge on providing root cause analysis by analyzing AWR, and ADDM reports.
  • Knowledge on Oracle 12c & 13c OEM and installed agents to configure them in monitoring.
