Job Description
  • Supervises the Operations Quality area of responsibility in line with defined objectives and KPIs
  • Identifies improvement opportunities, provides consulting, and contributes to enhancing service delivery
  • Ensures adherence to standards, governance, and effective process execution
  • Leads and manages direct reports within the area of responsibility
  • Plans and coordinates team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to all incoming requests
  • Defines team members’ objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, providing clear instructions, monitoring, and performance evaluation
  • Identifies training and development needs, supports professional growth, and implements initiatives for performance improvement, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal development


Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • (0-2) years of relevant experience, preferably in the Operations Quality field
  • Full professional proficiency in English language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem‑solving capabilities, supported by strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
