Operations Engineer - Enterprise Command Center
The Enterprise Command Center (ECC) is Millennium’s first line of defense against infrastructure disruptions, production incidents, and service-impacting failures. The team is responsible for reacting quickly, efficiently, and effectively to maximize system uptime and minimize business and trading impact.
In this role, you will monitor and support a broad technology estate spanning compute (Linux/Unix and Windows), monitoring, databases, storage, networking and more. You will troubleshoot infrastructure issues, fulfill operational requests, coordinate incident response, and help improve the reliability and efficiency of production support processes.
This role also provides exposure to the practical use of AI in operations, including using AI-assisted tools to support alert triage, accelerate investigation, improve incident response workflows, and help build internal tooling and automation. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, technically curious, and excited about using emerging technologies to improve service quality and team effectiveness.
