You will be joining a team of motivated and knowledgeable individuals who work to provide excellent service to our clients. serves as a customer service representative for the claim department by promptly and professionally addressing external and internal customer questions, inquiries, and concerns.


Requirements:


  •  Ensures all assigned claims are promptly and properly documented, reserved, and processed.
  • Communicate with insurance companies on claim-specific requests for information and potential coverage issues.
  • Go step by step with the clients while filling their claim form and collecting required documents while answering all claim status and payment questions.
  •   Reports claims to insurance companies at the proper time.
  • Maintains accurate records.
  • Maintain an informational reporting structure and generate periodical reports.

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining open and trusting working relationships with insureds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.


 • 1-2 years of experience as an operations specialist.


 • customer service certificate 


• Effectively using written and oral communication skills to correspond with colleagues and external parties 


•Problem-Solving Skills.


 • Intermediate English Level. 


• Excellent Using Microsoft Office and business mail. 


•Can work in a team as well as working individually.


 •Results oriented.
