Odoo Implementation Specialist

Location: Cairo (Full-time, On-site/Hybrid) Company: AGAD Technology About the Role AGAD Technology is expanding its digital operations and looking for a full-time Odoo Implementation Specialist to lead and accelerate our ERP rollout.
You will be the main driver of Odoo across all company departments — ensuring smooth implementation, customization, data integrity, and adoption of the system across Finance, HR, CRM, Recruitment, and Accounting modules.
This is a strategic position where you’ll work closely with leadership to transform business workflows into efficient, automated processes .
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules (Finance, HR, CRM, Recruitment, Accounting, Dashboards).
Work directly with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize and configure Odoo modules using Odoo Studio, Python, and custom module development .
Manage data migration, system integrations (APIs) , and report/dashboard creation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, payroll, and HR operational flows within Odoo.
Oversee system testing, user training, and post-implementation support .
Collaborate with management to design and improve performance and financial dashboards .
Manage Odoo hosting environments (Odoo.
sh, PostgreSQL, Linux).
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation across multiple business modules.
Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting , including journal entries, reconciliations, and payroll.
Technical proficiency in Python , Odoo Studio , and custom module development .
Experience with data migration , API integrations , and reporting tools .
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems , or related field.
Odoo certification or formal training is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Odoo.
