Pinerium is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Masterclass Program Specialist to manage and coordinate training programs delivered through Pinerium Academy.


This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all training operations, including planning, scheduling, logistics, communication, and follow-up. The Masterclass Program Specialist acts as the central coordination point between clients, trainers, and internal teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and an excellent learning experience.


Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Operations
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs, workshops, and masterclasses.
  • Manage training calendars, session timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all training sessions are delivered on time and according to plan.
Logistics & Execution
  • Handle all training logistics including venue setup, online session coordination, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate with trainers to ensure readiness of content, materials, and delivery requirements.
  • Support both onsite and virtual training sessions.
Client & Trainer Coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, trainers, and internal teams.
  • Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients and participants.
Reporting & Follow-Up
  • Track attendance, feedback, and training performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes, participant engagement, and program success.
  • Follow up with clients and participants to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve training operations and delivery efficiency.
  • Support the development of standardized processes and templates for training programs.
  • Assist in enhancing the overall learning experience within Pinerium Academy.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, training operations, or event management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and programs simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with training platforms, LMS tools, or scheduling systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Campaigns, etc.) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
  • Must be a non-smoker (all types).
