The Marketing Project Manager will own the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and launches while serving as a key operational partner between strategy and execution. This role will focus heavily on project management, campaign coordination, launch planning, workflow organization, and cross-functional communication.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced managing projects across fast-paced marketing environments. They should be comfortable driving timelines, managing dependencies, and ensuring campaigns move forward with clarity, accountability, and strong communication.
Own project management for marketing campaigns and initiatives from kickoff through launch.
Create and maintain launch calendars, timelines, and project workflows.
Support planning and execution of go-to-market activities with strong operational oversight.
Ensure projects remain aligned with deadlines, priorities, and business objectives.
Serve as the primary owner of Asana, managing tasks, dependencies, timelines, and workflow organization.
Maintain clear visibility across ongoing marketing initiatives and deliverables.
Identify, flag, and escalate blockers quickly to keep projects moving efficiently.
Help improve operational processes and project coordination across teams.
Collaborate closely with leadership, creative, performance, and operations teams.
Keep communication proactive, clear, and asynchronous-friendly across stakeholders and time zones.
Support accountability and alignment across teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Maintain reporting cadences, KPI dashboards, and project status updates for leadership visibility.
4–7 years of marketing project management experience.
Advanced experience using Asana and project planning tools.
Experience working within fast-paced marketing or consumer brand environments.
Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods brands is a strong plus.
Strong written communication skills with an async-first work style.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solving and strong operational follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable working directly with founders and cross-functional teams across time zones.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and maintain visibility across moving projects.
Campaigns and initiatives consistently launch on time and aligned with strategy.
Teams rely on you to keep work organized, visible, and moving forward.
Clear KPI dashboards and reporting systems trusted by leadership.
Fewer operational surprises due to proactive communication and early blocker identification.
