Overall M&R Leadership through provide strategic direction and leadership for the M&R function, ensuring alignment with plant objectives and business goals.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all electrical systems.
High levels of equipment reliability and uptime.
Responsible for MTBB and MTTR KPIs
Proactive identification and mitigation of potential electrical/mechanical issues.
Optimized maintenance costs and resource allocation.
Knowledgeable Electrical Systems Owner and Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Assume full responsibility for all aspects of the plant's electrical systems, including:
Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Distribution Systems
Electrical Control Systems
Instrumentation and Control Systems
Responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems within the plant, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Serve as the technical expert on all electrical matters, providing guidance and support to the Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) team and other departments.
Utilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and reliability of all critical utilities systems, including:
Chillers
Waste Water Treatment (WWT)
Elevators
Air Compressors
Air Handling Units (AHUs)
Water Systems
IL6S Program Leadership: Lead the site's implementation of the PM Pillar program, driving continuous improvement in reliability and efficiency.
Lead the development and implementation of benchmark initiatives for SWP (Standardized Work Processes) within the M&R function, ensuring best practices are adopted and shared across the plant.
Manage the M&R spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, replenishment processes, and cost control.
Lead the plant's energy management initiatives, analyzing consumption data, identifying opportunities for reduction, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Lead the daily DMS for M&R, ensuring effective communication, problem solving, and continuous improvement within the team.
Lead and develop a team of M&R Technicians, ensuring their competence and engagement.
Ensure strict adherence to all safety and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Manage the M&R budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Serve as the primary technical expert on all electrical matters, providing:
Troubleshooting and problem-solving support for electrical issues.
Technical guidance and training to the M&R team.
Expertise in electrical design, installation, and maintenance.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Work effectively with other departments, including Production, Engineering, and Quality, to achieve shared goals and ensure seamless plant operations.
Provide technical expertise and support for new capital projects.
Successful design, installation, and commissioning of new electrical systems.
Compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
Integration with existing electrical infrastructure.
Documentation and Records:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all electrical systems, including:
System schematics, drawings, and specifications.
Maintenance records, repair logs, and inspection reports.
Safety procedures and training materials.
Quality compliance and PM plans
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all electrical systems and operations are compliant Mondelez standards.
Internal safety procedures and protocols.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including:
M&R team for operational support.
Engineering team for design and project management.
Production team for process optimization and efficiency.
Safety team for incident investigation and prevention.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
