TJM Labs is looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their software engineering career who enjoys solving problems, building thoughtful solutions, and learning quickly in a fast-paced remote environment.
We’re less focused on where you went to school or how many years of experience you have, and more interested in how you think, how you work, and your potential to grow.
As a Junior Software Developer, you’ll support the development of internal tools, automations, and software products that help drive our business forward.
You’ll work closely with technical team members to build practical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing product improvements.

Technical Interview: We’ll review your submission together, discuss your thought process, and may ask you to expand on parts of your solution.
