What You'll Do: Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation and records.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly logged, tracked, and distributed.
Maintain up-to-date document control registers and filing systems.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders regarding document submissions and approvals.
Ensure document revisions are accurately recorded and controlled.
Support site teams by providing timely access to project documents, drawings, and reports.
Assist in preparing project reports and documentation packages when required.

Requirements: Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience in Document Control, Administration, Architecture, or Civil Engineering projects.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
