  • Review and summarize third-party reports and contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to reporting on key operational and financial KPIs, market developments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal) and external advisors (e.g., consultants, investment banks) as required during the deal process.
  • Attend meetings and help capture key action points and insights to inform ongoing analyses.
  • Stay up to date on financial modeling standards, investment trends, and sector-specific developments relevant to VALMORE’s areas of interest.
