In this role, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
You will collaborate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to transform concepts into beautiful and practical designs.
Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, furniture selections, and finishes.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Create and present design proposals, including drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
Source and select materials, furnishings, and decor that align with the project vision and budget.
Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring that they are executed according to the specified design plan.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design-related issues that may arise during construction or installation.
Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and design technologies to keep the design offerings fresh and innovative.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to interior design.
