Ideation to Launch Coordinator

• Steering Henkel Projects coordination on systems in term of products launches, re-launches & promotions
• Responsible for execution of planned projects requests on time
• Daily requests and inputs on Henkel systems
• Communication with Stakeholders 
• Coordination between different department involved in the projects launches
• Steering Artworks approvals cycle 
• Quality checks on projects 
• Daily follow-ups and status reports
• Reports for tracking project KPIs and timeline
• Takes active responsibilities for continuous improvement measurement 
• Work on migrations and initiative plans implementation 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Intergrated Marketing Communication or any relevant study
• 0-1 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Proactive caliber with strong project coordination and management skills
• Time management skills with a structured and cooperative personality
