Overview of the role:
HSE manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the health, safety, and environment (HSE) operations within CFC's all premises. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property by implementing effective safety measures, enforcing HSE protocols, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
What you will do:
· Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment inside CFC premises.
· Overseeing inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations.
· Provide HSE training and awareness programs.
· Monitor, investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
· Develop emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures for all properties inside CFC premises.
· Conduct drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of emergency response plans and identify areas for improvement.
· Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the availability of emergency response equipment and resources.
· Collaborate with property management, facility management, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless security and HSE operations.
· Participate in meetings and committees related to security, HSE, and crisis management, providing expertise and recommendations.
· Provide guidance for all HSE-relevant issues to top management.
· Develop and update HSE polices, manuals, and procedures.
Required Skills to be successful:
At least 10 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in multi-facility environments (retail, residential, and commercial).

· Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
· Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO45001
· Good command of spoken and written English.
