Implement MENAiTech solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients in the MENA region.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on HR processes and MENAiTech tools.
Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and human resources developments in the MENA region.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Consultant, with a strong focus on MENAiTech solutions.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices specific to the MENA region.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel within the MENA region as needed.
