Hostess

We are hiring a Hostess to join our Client Team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have to operate the outlet, under the guidance and supervision of the Outlet Manager.

• Participates in decoration and preparing the restaurant for promotions and special events.
• Handle all complaints generously, efficiently and according to the Emaar guidelines. 
• Ensures a working discipline and a smooth team work between service and other departments.
• Make sure that all rules and regulations according to Emaar guidelines are in use.
• Aware of the menu, beverage list, and other promotions Material, internal accounting system.
• Ensures a careful handling of all restaurant material. ▪ To assist the restaurant manager in controlling all restaurant material and eliminate chipped, broken or cracked dishes.
• Keep all restaurant furniture clean and polished in accordance with the cleaning schedule. 
• To report all defective lighting, fixtures and other electrical matters. 
• To be thoroughly familiar with the Outlet’s emergency procedures and is in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.
• She is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant SOP’s for his/her field of responsibility.
