We are looking for a visionary Head of Auto Loans to lead and scale our automotive financing division. In this role, you will be the architect of our auto lending strategy, blending traditional consumer finance principles with cutting-edge fintech agility.
You’ll own the entire product lifecycle—from credit structuring and dealer acquisition to digital transformation and portfolio health. Develop and execute the long-term roadmap for the Auto Loan business to achieve aggressive market share and P&L targets.
Product Innovation: Design and refine competitive loan products (new/used car financing, refinancing, etc.) optimized for a digital-first user experience.
Build and manage a robust network of dealerships, OEM partners, and digital marketplaces to drive loan origination volume.
Collaborate with the Risk team to establish credit policies, pricing models, and underwriting frameworks that balance growth with portfolio quality.
Oversee the end-to-end loan journey, ensuring seamless digital onboarding, rapid "time-to-yes," and efficient servicing.
Ensure all lending activities comply with local financial regulations and internal audit standards.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across sales, operations, and product management.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or executive-level role within the financial services sector.
Minimum of 7 years of total experience in Banking or Consumer Finance, with a deep functional focus on Auto Lending.
Experience working within—or closely alongside—a fintech environment, with a solid grasp of how digital platforms disrupt traditional banking.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
