Job description

About Bosta
Bosta is on a mission to revolutionize the e-commerce post-purchase experience. We’re building a new, end-to-end logistics infrastructure—from first mile to last mile—powered by tech that puts customers first. By removing the pain points in delivery and returns, Bosta creates deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers.
About The Role
As a Group Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bosta’s core Logistics and financing products. You will lead a team responsible for the technology and systems that power Bosta’s ground operations and logistics engine.
About The Product
An Ecosystem of software applications that interact together to revolutionize the delivery industry.
We prioritize creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences that our customers love, even in the face of delivery complexities.
Internally, our software powers every aspect of our business—from Operations and Customer Support to Accounting and Sales.
As we scale, leveraging automation, data, and AI will help us stay ahead of the competition by enabling faster and smarter decision-making.
As a growth-stage startup, our current focus is on adopting new technologies, rebuilding services, refining our software architecture, and developing innovative new products.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the Strategic Vision: Own the product vision and roadmap for Bosta’s Logistics, spanning ground operations, fleet orchestration, and transportation.
  • Drive Product Excellence: Translate business objectives into clear product requirements that maximize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations Research to design, build, and launch mission-critical systems and workflows.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Hire, mentor, and develop product managers to achieve exceptional results in an inclusive, dynamic environment.
  • Stay Lean & Hands-On: Bosta is an agile company, so you’ll occasionally write business and product requirement documents yourself to meet tight timelines and rapidly evolving needs.
  • Own Business Area Metrics: Track and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, leading regular business reviews to ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals.
  • Communicate at All Levels: Present strategic updates and performance metrics to Bosta’s senior leadership and broader organization, shaping the long-term vision.
  • Deliver Tangible Impact: Maintain ownership of performance metrics such as UPH, defects, OTD rates, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and under-the-roof workforce productivity.
  • Engage on the Ground: Reside in one of Bosta’s core markets (where a Bosta facility is located) and spend time on-site at least weekly to gain first-hand insights and foster strong relationships with local operations teams.

What you bring

  • Supply Chain Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of logistics and warehouse operations, with practical experience specifically with delivering Middle Mile software solutions.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable working at the intersection of data science, operations research, and software engineering.
  • Vision & Strategy: Ability to define and communicate a bold product direction through robust planning, from 3-year strategic roadmaps to detailed execution plans.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to grow, manage, and inspire product teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Operational Mindset: Skilled in bridging the gap between product vision and hands-on operational execution, consistently delivering measurable results.
  • Commercial and business acumen: The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the e-commerce industry, driving commercial success and launching new products in a range of roles inclusive of marketing, sales, market access, and market research.
  • Exceptional Communication: Adept at translating complex ideas into concise, compelling narratives for cross-functional stakeholders and executive audiences.
