Support freelancer onboarding and platform sign-up processes, ensuring smooth activation and assisting in improving the overall onboarding experience.
Develop and execute effective international recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and regional market trends.
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, sourcing performance, and key hiring KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Source and activate freelancers, and quickly respond to client needs by providing suitable candidates beyond the platform when required.
5+ years of experience in global recruitment with a proven track record of successful hires across multiple regions.
Strong experience in market research and talent market insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong adaptability.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
