Job Summary:

Change is constant and accelerating faster than ever. Transformation is compressed. Customer and stakeholder expectations have radically shifted how companies must strategize and deliver. The C-Suite and Boards are being held accountable in ways we have not seen in the past. To address today’s most pressing challenges and unlock the most compelling opportunities, leaders need to move fast. While many believe innovative strategies are the answer to rapid change, they are only part of the solution. The most successful companies elevate people and put them at the center of strategic initiatives. Because nothing changes if strategies don’t. We help leaders create transformation by enriching the relationship between people and strategic initiatives, and help clients to reimagine their business, build strategies with the leaders and cultures to accelerate change, and create and deliver exceptional strategic outcomes. Our focus on sustainability, inclusion, diversity & equity (ID&E), purpose, and board effectiveness helps CEOs drive a comprehensive strategy agenda. Join us to drive strategic initiatives that improve outcomes for businesses and their stakeholders, helping organizations navigate the complexities of rapid change with precision and agility

As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional in the S&C Global Network, you will help clients across industries accelerate talent transformation, AI‑powered workforce capability building, and organizational change. Using your expertise in AI‑centric design, behavior change, and talent development, you will shape innovative strategies and solutions that enable clients to build present-relevant, future‑ready, agile, AI‑enabled workforce. You will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through complex transformations and enabling smooth, people‑centered transitions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct talent and capability needs analysis aligned to business priorities; identify critical skill gaps and design AI‑powered, talent‑first development strategies and interventions.

  •  Introduce innovative, AI‑centric approaches into talent solutions as business priorities evolve.

  • Establish project foundations by defining processes, governance, team structures, and agile ways of working; manage workplans, mitigate risks, and drive seamless delivery.

  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of learning designers, media designers, technical developers, data modelers, as needed, across locations to create high‑impact, talent‑focused, digitally enhanced workforce solutions.

  • Manage external partners within the talent ecosystem to support capability-building initiatives when required.

  • Own budget, scope, timeline, product quality, and delivery efforts for AI‑powered capability development solutions across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with internal and client stakeholders.

  • Track project performance and deliver clear reporting to stakeholders through multiple forums.

  • Demonstrate agility by continuously adapting talent solutions to changing business and workforce needs.

  • Contribute to organizational and practice-wide priorities including innovation, thought leadership, and asset development.

  • Support business development by shaping proposals, identifying new opportunities, and cultivating strong client relationships.
