Role Overview: Innovitics is hiring a Frontend Team Lead who will be responsible for managing frontend development activities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of frontend projects within timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Lead, mentor, and support the frontend team, promoting best practices and continuous development.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to ensure reliability.
Work closely with backend teams, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
