We're hiring FP&A Analyst for one of our clients based in Obour City.
Our client operates within the manufacturing and industrial sector, supporting large-scale operations with a strong focus on efficiency, financial discipline, and sustainable growth. The organization is committed to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across its financial and operational functions.
The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can translate financial data into meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analyses against budgets and forecasts
Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers and business performance
Provide analytical support for business initiatives and operational improvements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role (manufacturing experience is a plus)
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
