Job description

About invygo:
invygo is the first car as a service platform across emerging markets; we are an app that enables car shoppers to get an all-inclusive monthly car subscription that comes with insurance, maintenance, and more in a seamless app-based experience.
The business's vision is to be a true disrupter in the mobility space as the first car-as-a-service provider in emerging markets. Invygo's service offers the ultimate flexibility, allowing customers to subscribe to a car from 1 month to 9 months or more, with the option to switch, cancel, or upgrade at any time. As the global market dynamics shifts, invygo has the opportunity to disrupt the mobility sector across multiple regions.
About the role:
As our FP&A Lead, you'll be responsible for building and owning the planning engine: forecasting, scenario modeling, monthly performance packs, and decision support that ties operational KPIs to financial outcomes. You'll be the bridge between data, finance, and leadership.
What you will be doing:
• Build and maintain a rolling 12-24 month driver-based financial model (P&L, cash flow) across markets, including best/base/worst scenarios and sensitivities.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and FP&A packs with detailed P&L by market/product, contribution margin bridges (CM1-CM5), and variance analysis against plan.
• Conduct deep dives on unit economics, including cohorts, pricing, utilization, take rate, bad debt, and fleet/asset costs; provide data-driven recommendations to enhance profitability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Supply, and Operations teams to translate OKRs into financial forecasts, run forecast updates, and support quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Support strategic finance initiatives such as fundraising, debt facilities, and capital allocation, providing analysis on cohort returns, fleet ROI, and investment trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards (Looker, Power BI, or Google Sheets) linking operational KPIs to financial outcomes; automate reporting where possible.
• Enhance data accuracy and standardize FP&A processes; assess and implement tools to improve forecasting and planning (e.g., Pigment, Cube, Anaplan).
• Present clear, concise financial narratives and insights for leadership, board, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
• 6-10 years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance within high-growth tech, mobility, marketplace, or fintech environments.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including driver-based models, scenario planning, and cohort/lifetime value analysis.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and propose strategic actions.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Looker, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience producing executive and board-level materials and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with asset-backed/debt modeling, subscription or credit risk metrics, and IFRS reporting standards
