Role Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the finance team in financial planning, forecasting,
metric tracking, and strategic data analysis to support our rapidly evolving company.
This role requires someone adaptable, analytical, and fluent in the unique needs of startups.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
Analyze financial data, prepare reports on performance metrics (revenue, expenses, cash flow,KPIs).
Support monthly and quarterly closing, performance reviews, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, operations) to monitor budgets and analyze business drivers.
Track growth metrics (customer acquisition cost, CAC; lifetime value, LTV; churn; burn rate; runway).
Participate in the setup and improvement of finance processes, controls, and systems, with a lean operations mindset.
Control and monitor OPEX spending via PR and PO review with cross-functional teams to ensure budget discipline and cost efficiency.
Provide financial analysis and support for special projects and initiatives as requested by senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
3-5 years of finance (minimum 2 year in Financial Planning).
Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, dynamic, and high-paced environments.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
CMA or FMVA certification is a plus.
Experience working with ERP systems, odoo is preferred.
