Role Purpose The Facility Management Manager at Hyde Park Developments leads the end-to-end FM operations, ensuring world-class service delivery, operational efficiency, and an exceptional community living experience across all developments.
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all hard and soft FM services across multiple developments, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with company standards.
Develop, implement, and continuously enhance FM strategies, annual budgets, and performance metrics (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
Oversee vendor and contractor management, including tendering processes, contract administration, and performance evaluation to ensure service quality and cost control.
Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, local regulations, and quality standards through regular audits, inspections, and risk management practices.
Drive sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency programs, and cost optimization strategies across all facilities and assets.
Lead, mentor, and develop FM teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
10–15 years of progressive experience in facilities management or real estate operations within large-scale developments.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and service providers effectively.
