About the Job About Alliance: Alliance for Trade & Investments is a commodity trading company serving multiple industries including food commodities, chemical raw materials mainly used in the detergency industry, building materials, and solid fuels.
We are currently looking for a motivated Export Coordinator to join our team and support our international export operations.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Coordinate and follow up on export shipments from order confirmation until delivery.
• Prepare and review export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and international clients.
• Track shipments and update clients on shipment status.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade requirements.
• Maintain organized records for export transactions and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate internally with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth export operations.
• Assist in preparing export reports and operational updates.
Work Conditions: Job Type: Full-Time Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – On Site Days Off: Friday & Saturday Work Location: Giza Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in export coordination or international logistics.
• Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• French language is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
