Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly presentable, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Owner in both professional and personal capacities. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, adaptable to flexible working hours, and able to travel as required. This role requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Owner, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Owner and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of trust.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested by the Owner.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Handle calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the Owner when necessary.
  • Support ad hoc projects, events, and initiatives requiring coordination and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills:



  • Bachelors degree or equivalent; a background in business administration, management, or related field is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Highly presentable, professional, and able to represent the owner in meetings and events.
  • Flexible with working hours and available for domestic and international travel as needed.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and communication platforms.
