Job description

The ERP Senior Sales role is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on driving sales of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, the ability to articulate their value to potential clients, and the skills to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and will be adept at navigating complex sales cycles. As a Senior Sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for ERP solutions.
  2. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our ERP systems.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer feedback.
  6. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to ERP.
  9. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our ERP solutions and expand professional networks.
  10. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in ERP sales or related technology sales roles.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  5. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  6. Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  7. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  8. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  9. Knowledge of various ERP solutions and their applications across different industries.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges proactively.
