Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections, predictive maintenance, and corrective actions on electrical equipment.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults quickly to minimize downtime.
Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
Inventory & Procurement: Manage electrical spare parts inventory and assist with purchasing necessary components.
Team Leadership: Train and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
Continuous Improvement: Investigate root causes of failures and recommend system upgrades or design modifications.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems (PLCs), and instrumentation.
Experience: 5-8 years of Experience (preferred in cotton spinning industry)
