Key responsibilities for this role include:


  • Support the development and implementation of EHS programs and SOPs in line with company guidelines and local regulations.
  • Conduct and review EHS risk assessments, audits, and inspections, ensuring timely execution of action plans and CAPA.
  • Lead assigned EHS investigations, ensure proper incident reporting and documentation, and maintain emergency preparedness processes.
  • Deliver EHS trainings, manage contractors, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage assigned EHS purchase orders, EHS projects, reporting of EHS metrics, and provide guidance to team members when required.

Qualification:


  • BSc in Engineering or Science in the field of Chemical, Chemistry or Environmental Science; NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, with strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and relevant platforms).
  • Solid understanding of EHS deliverables and regulatory context, with experience coordinating with EHS legal entities and working within diverse teams and cultures.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills, with a proactive mindset and strong commitment to continuous learning.

Experience and Field of Work:


  • 3–5 years of proven EHS experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments
