Job Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Demand Planner to develop and manage monthly sales forecasts across multiple levels and time horizons. The role involves analyzing data and generating reports to support business objectives and enable effective decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports.
  • Develop accurate demand forecasts across suppliers, customers, and product categories.
  • Participate in annual planning and periodic sales forecasting cycles.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews across channels, suppliers, and SKUs.
  • Manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify gaps impacting sales performance.
  • Analyze lost sales due to forecasting inaccuracies and recommend improvements.
