In this role, you will be responsible for 1-Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives 2-Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions 3-Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback 4-Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content 5-Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill levels 6-Deliver Data Analytics training for neuro-diverse candidates Technical Skills & Areas of Expertise Strong understanding of: - Data storage systems (files, relational DBs, NoSQL – conceptually) SQL (queries, joins, aggregations) - Data integration and ETL/ELT concepts - Data processing and data quality fundamentals - Big data concepts (e.
g., Spark, distributed processing – high level) - Data visualization principles - Hands-on experience with at least some of: - SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, etc.
