Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
Determine the monthly business volume for each client.
Identify the types of services required by each client.
Identify the sources from which the client imports and exports.
Clearly communicate the services and benefits offered by the company, whether they are service-oriented or accounting-related.
Seek new clients for the company while maintaining a strong follow-up with current clients.
Ensure new businesses from one customers are landed smoothly within Nowlun's operation team Manage and nurture relationships with accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss future goals with clients.

2+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field).
Good understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in using computers and familiar with Office programs and email.
Familiar with CRM software is a plus.
Must be open to traveling outside your city for customers meetings.
Ability to work under pressure and challenging goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
