Customer Service and Sales - A Customer Service Coordinator is sought to facilitate seamless communication between strategic sales closures and precise operational execution.
This role is not just about customer service; it serves as the essential link between strategic sales closures and precise operational execution.
Responsibilities include operational coordination: daily tracking of orders through the system and direct communication with shipping partners.
Financial oversight: managing unapproved discounts, sending payment links, and correcting invoices.
High-value sales: managing and closing sales for clients with high invoices (ranging from 200 Riyals to 2,000 Riyals and more).
Compliance with standards: executing tasks accurately according to the "Approved Work Guide" and internal templates.
- Basic requirements: Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales operations, specifically for merchants on platforms: Shopify or Zed or Salla (basic requirement) Professional background: Retail sector Full-time availability: Must not be tied to any other job available to work immediately Working hours: Full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saudi time) Flexibility: Willingness to be available during peak evening hours according to work requirements.
- Financial benefits: Basic salary: 5,000 Egyptian pounds - 8,000 A progressive commission system: Sales commission starting from 2% and reaching up to 4% based on the volume of achieved sales.
Expected monthly income: Total income (base + commissions) typically ranges between 9,000 to 17,000 Egyptian pounds, depending on the quality of sales closures and performance accuracy.
