About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and performance-oriented Creative Lead to own and scale the creative direction behind our growth marketing efforts. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing, working closely with the Growth and Media teams to develop high-converting ad creatives across multiple platforms.


You’ll lead the creative process from concept to execution — building campaigns that not only look exceptional but also deliver measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead performance-focused creative strategies across paid marketing channels
  • Translate campaign goals into compelling ad concepts and creative directions
  • Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and media production teams
  • Oversee the production of ad creatives across video, static, carousel, motion, and short-form formats
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth/Performance team to align creatives with audience insights, funnel stages, and campaign objectives
  • Optimize creatives based on key performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Plan, execute, and analyze structured A/B tests to improve creative performance
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, and visual quality across all channels
  • Stay updated on platform trends, consumer behavior, and emerging ad formats across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
  • Manage external agencies or freelancers when scaling creative production
  • Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring high-quality creative output
