Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
  • Review and assess all cost and payment requests submitted by civil and telecom contractors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify that all requests are properly stamped and approved by the Acceptance Team and respective Task Owners.
  • Coordinate with the Budget and Finance teams to ensure the timely processing and release of contractor payments.
  • Monitor monthly receiving targets and take necessary actions to ensure they are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with contractors to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Analyse variances between actual and planned unit costs; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Support the Supply Chain team in evaluating costs during the tendering and procurement processes.
  • Prepare and deliver regular cost control reports and dashboards to management for performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Track and report project costs against budgets on a regular basis.
  • Provide timely and accurate cost performance reports.
  • Support in budget preparation and ensure control measures are in place.
  • Prepare cost forecasts based on actual progress, productivity trends, and risk analysis.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:


  • Education: Telecommunication or Civil Engineering degree
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years working experience in GSM industry
  • Experience of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI, Power Query).
  • Personal skills: Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and good command of English language.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Well organized, co-operative, and creative thinking
