We are seeking an experienced and technically accomplished Control Systems Engineer to join our Industrial Automation team.
The successful candidate will contribute in the engineering, configuration, commissioning, and lifecycle management of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) across different projects.
The role demands deep technical expertise in industrial automation platforms, functional safety, and hands-on project delivery in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or chemical processing environments.
DCS Engineering Design, engineering, configuration, and FAT/SAT of DCS systems (Honeywell Experion, Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800xA, Yokogawa CENTUM VP, or equivalent).
Implement and review control narratives, cause & effect matrices, functional design specifications (FDS), and detailed design documentation.
Configure complex control loops, and sequence logic programs.
Perform DCS database engineering, HMI/SCADA graphics development, and historian configuration.
Provide technical oversight of DCS hardware design including I/O architecture, and network topology.
contribute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities for DCS and SIS equipment.
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities including loop checking and logic validation.
Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) Engineering SIS engineering activities, and FAT/SAT Review and validate Safety Requirements Specifications (SRS), and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) calculations.
Perform SIS logic engineering and configuration (Triconex, Hima, ABB Hi-Integrity, Rockwell SIL platforms, or equivalent).
Develop proof test procedures, and functional safety assessments (FSA).
Conduct and review SIL verification calculations.
