The Contracts Operations Specialist provides essential operational and administrative support to the Contract Management function, helping ensure effective contract coordination and compliance across a major project environment. Reporting to the Worley Contracts Manager, the role works closely with the project team and client-facing stakeholders to support contract administration, correspondence management, and project coordination activities. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt, with the potential for future assignment at a project site location.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Contract Management team with day‑to‑day contract administration and coordination activities.
  • Assist the Worley Contracts Manager and project team with preparation and review of correspondence, procedures, and meeting records.
  • Maintain contract documentation, trackers, and records in line with project and company requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and communications.
  • Support monitoring of contract compliance and follow‑up on contractual actions.
  • Research contract documents and assist with resolution of contractual queries.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support effective project delivery.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Law.
  • 3+ years’ experience in contract administration or project support.
  • Experience working in multi‑cultural, project‑driven environments.

Special Job Requirements
  • Strong coordination and administrative skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent written and verbal English and Arabic.

  • Ability to work in Cairo with potential future site assignment.
