Job DescriptionRegulatory Compliance & Certification Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Compliance & Certification Specialist to support product conformity and certification activities across GCC and international markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience with certification bodies such as Intertek, TÜV, SGS, GulfTIC, CoTech, Tabseer, or Verger, along with strong knowledge of GCC conformity schemes and regional compliance platforms.
Key Responsibilities Ensure products comply with applicable international and local standards such as ISO, IEC, SASO, SFDA, ECAS, EQM, and CE requirements.
Review and interpret regulatory and technical requirements for different markets, especially GCC countries and Egypt.
Manage product certification processes including CoC, SABER, ECAS/EQM, and related conformity programs.
Coordinate testing, inspections, and certification activities with laboratories and certification bodies.
Review technical documentation, test reports, labeling, manuals, and product specifications.
Prepare, verify, and maintain conformity reports, certificates, and compliance records.
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain required technical documents and corrective actions.
Support clients and internal teams with regulatory guidance and compliance requirements.
Monitor updates in standards, regulations, and market access requirements.
Maintain accurate compliance databases and documentation systems.
Support audits and ensure timely renewal of certifications.
RequirementsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or a related technical field.
Experience 2–5 years of experience in product compliance, certification, or conformity assessment.
Previous experience with certification bodies such as Intertek, TÜV, SGS, GulfTIC, CoTech, Tabseer, or Verger is preferred.
Technical Knowledge GCC conformity schemes and market access requirements.
SABER platform (Saudi Arabia).
UAE ECAS/EQM systems.
Egyptian conformity and regulatory requirements.
Understanding of ISO, IEC, SASO, SFDA, CE, and related standards.
Skills & Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good commercial awareness and negotiation capability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in electrical/electronic product certification is a plus.
Familiarity with testing laboratories and inspection procedures.
Arabic and English proficiency (written and spoken).
