Job Title: Commercial Project Manager – Consumer Health
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Reporting To: General Manager
Role Overview
The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for driving and executing key commercial initiatives across Sales and Marketing within a fast-growing Consumer Health organization.
This role ensures effective delivery of cross-functional commercial projects that support business growth, brand development, and market expansion across Egypt and relevant regional markets.
The ideal candidate will come from a Sales, Marketing, or Commercial background in FMCG or Consumer Health, with strong project management capabilities and a proven track record of execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Project Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of commercial projects across Sales and Marketing.
- Manage initiatives such as product launches, GTM plans, promotional campaigns, and channel development.
- Translate commercial strategy into structured project plans with clear timelines and KPIs.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Category teams to ensure full alignment and execution.
- Support execution of brand and category strategies across key channels.
- Monitor commercial performance and recommend corrective actions where needed.
Project Management & Governance
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the General Manager.
Market & Business Support
- Support market analysis and commercial insights to drive decision-making.
- Identify growth opportunities across customers, channels, and product portfolios.
- Support pricing, trade promotions, and commercial investment optimization.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key interface between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners.
- Ensure strong communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and project reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5–8 years of managerial experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial roles within FMCG or Consumer Health.
- Proven experience in managing or leading commercial projects or initiatives.
- Strong understanding of FMCG or healthcare/OTC market dynamics.
- Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
