Job Description
  • Oversee daily CNC and board manufacturing workshop operations, strategically allocating tasks and resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure all outputs meet strict deadlines and on-time delivery requirements.
  • Mentor and upskill team members through targeted training to consistently hit production targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery while diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and maintenance departments to streamline workflows and integrate process improvements.
  • Conduct rigorous quality checks against technical specifications and maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Enforce workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and workflow optimization.


Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree of Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of Experience in a relevant department .
  • Proven experience in CNC machining, including setup, programming, and operation.
  • Prior supervisory or team leader experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting CAD/CAM data.
  • Knowledge of multiple CNC control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens)
  • SolidWorks Experience is mandatory.
  • Very Good Command of English.
  • Very Good user of Microsoft Office.
  • CNC experience is a must
