Job Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented CMS Associate with 3–5 years of experience in web content management and digital publishing, with hands-on experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms. This role focuses on content authoring, page management, digital asset handling, and supporting content operations across enterprise websites and multilingual digital platforms.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining content in AEM, ensuring compliance with brand, accessibility, and SEO standards, and collaborating closely with content, design, development, QA, and marketing teams in a structured Agile environment.


Role Responsibilities


Page Authoring & Content Management
  • Create, edit, update, and publish web pages in AEM Sites using existing components, editable templates, content fragments, and experience fragments.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent page layouts aligned with approved designs and content standards.
  • Ensure all content is published correctly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Content Uploads & Formatting
  • Upload and format text, images, videos, banners, and multimedia content following established editorial and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure content formatting consistency, readability, and visual quality across pages and templates.
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Manage digital assets within AEM Assets (DAM).
  • Upload assets, apply metadata and tags, organize folders, and maintain proper asset governance and structure.
  • Ensure assets are optimized and appropriately referenced across pages and components.
Multi-Site & Multilingual Support
  • Support content rollouts across multiple sites, markets, and languages using AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM).
  • Assist with:
    • Live Copies
    • Language Copies
    • Content inheritance
    • Localization workflows
  • Support RTL content validation where applicable.
Brand, Editorial & Governance Compliance
  • Ensure all published content follows:
    • Brand guidelines
    • Editorial standards
    • Tone of voice
    • Terminology consistency
    • Authoring governance processes
  • Follow defined authoring checklists and publishing procedures.
SEO & Accessibility Support
  • Apply SEO best practices including:
    • Metadata
    • Alt text
    • Page titles
    • Structured URLs
    • Internal linking
  • Ensure basic accessibility compliance using:
    • Proper heading hierarchy
    • Accessible link labeling
    • Image accessibility practices
    • WCAG guidelines
Pre-Publish QA & Validation
  • Review pages before publishing to ensure:
    • Correct formatting
    • Functional links
    • Responsive rendering
    • Content accuracy
    • Component consistency
  • Coordinate with QA teams when required for validation and approvals.
Issue Tracking & Resolution
  • Identify and report authoring, publishing, component, or rendering issues.
  • Log and track tickets using JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar workflow tools.
  • Work closely with developers and senior CMS team members to resolve issues efficiently.
Content Maintenance
  • Maintain and update existing website content.
  • Remove outdated content, implement scheduled updates, and ensure content freshness across digital properties.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with CMS managers, content authors, designers, developers, QA teams, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Support delivery timelines and contribute to smooth publishing operations across projects.
Continuous Learning
  • Expand knowledge of AEM features, workflows, and enterprise CMS best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions and gradually take ownership of more advanced authoring and operational tasks.
